Every year, the "four-leaf clover" (RT, LC, Club41 and Agora) gathers for its AGM, and in 2025, Gothenburg will host this fantastic event, organized by dedicated clubs from district 2. With the theme "Set sail," the weekend promises togetherness, activities, and magical experiences.

What is the AGM?
Riksmötet, or the Annual General Meeting (AGM), is the highlight of the year for us. The Ladies' Circle (LC), Round Table (RT), Tangent and Old Tablers (OT) are four network associations that focus on friendship, charity and networking. The associations meet regularly and carry out various activities, socialize and raise money for charity. We are located in most cities in Sweden and also internationally. Every year the associations hold their annual meetings, which are also called the "National Meeting". The National Meeting lasts for three days with various activities and ends with the annual meeting and a large gala dinner.
Can anyone participate?
The requirement is of course that you have a connection to our organizations. The AGM is the most important meeting we have in our organizations, and it is therefore of great importance that we get a broad representation from the country's tables/circles.
Is it possible to attend only parts of the weekend?
The AGM weekend is sold as a package. If you only wish to participate in the meeting negotiations on Saturday, this is available as an option for SEK 350 (price includes lunch) when booking.
How do you get around in Gothenburg?
The easiest way is to walk! Most of what concerns the AGM will be on a short distance. If you need to travel longer distances, there are rental bicycles , electric scooters and public transport.
How is my personal data handled?
Before you have booked your ticket: not at all. We do not collect any information about you. When you register for the event, we will store the personal data you enter in accordance with GDPR. We will also send you emails related to the event.

I want to buy/sell my ticket. How do I do that?
If you are selling your ticket, please email info@riksmote.se so we can update the email address (so that the buyer receives the shipment).
All badges/location cards etc. have been printed and no changes will be made.
If you have purchased a ticket in a second hand, you will take over the previous owner's information. When registering, you enter the previous owner's name to receive your badge. This means that you will receive their Homeparty, activity (if any), transportation and banquet table.
Is home hosting possible?
Unfortunately, there will be so many visitors that we will not be able to offer home hosting. If you're still interested, you can contact the sisters and brothers you know in Gothenburg yourself, or try making some new friends in the Facebook group.
What should I bring with me?
It's a 3-day weekend with several different events and activities that appropriately require different outfits... but some good things to have can be: pain killers, re-hydration, gel for sore feet, snacks, comfortable shoes, towel, decorations for your hotel room, and of course your best gala dress or tuxedo. If you forget something, you can buy it when you arrive!
How far is it from the hotel to the Banana Pier?
If you are staying at one of the main hotels (Scandic Göteborg Central or Barken Viking) it is an approx. 700 meter long walk over Hisingsbron. Right now it is being rebuilt, so if you check Google maps it will indicate a much longer walk.
There are no more tickets! What to do?
Tickets have been reserved to ensure that all RT and LC clubs can send delegates. We will now contact the president of each club without delegates and give them the opportunity to book a regular ticket for someone in the club. Once the clubs have accepted or declined, the remaining tickets will be released for general sale.
Additionally, there are still some RT and Tangent tickets available. If these are not sold by February 24, they will also be released for general sale.

Home party
A party to remember! One of the best aspects of a Swedish AGM is the Friday's home parties. We will meet in new constellations to be able to get to know new people for the coming weekend. We expect to be around 1,400 participants at the AGM, and all of these will be invited to the home of one of our home party hosts and spread out across the city. How many of you are at your particular dinner can vary. Separate information will be sent out when the party is approaching from your very own home party host!
Dress code: Dress according to this weekend's theme "Set sail". Let your creativity run free and interpret the theme as you wish!

Make yourself stronger than your excuses 😉

After the run, we make our way to the beautiful Garden Association.
