General information
What is AGM?
Ladies Circle (LC), Round Table (RT), Tangent and Old Tablers (OT) are four network organizations that focus on friendship, charity and networking. The organizations meet regularly and carry out various activities, socialize and raise money for charity. We are located in most cities in Sweden and also internationally. Every year the organizations hold their annual meetings, which are also called the "National Meeting". The National Meeting lasts for three days with various activities and ends with the annual meeting and a large banquet.
Can anyone participate?
The starting point is that you should have a connection to our organizations. The national meeting is the most important meeting we have in the organizations and then it is important that we get a broad representation from the country's clubs. Guests to the clubs are welcome to book tickets, then the club name is stated in connection with the booking.
Is it possible to only attend part of the weekend?
The National Assembly weekend is sold as a package consisting of:
Thursday: Registration and Get-together party at Billingehus.
Friday: Activities (bookable), opening of the 2026 National Assembly, home party and reunion party with the theme “Hälta hälta” at Billingehus.
Saturday: National Assembly negotiations (LC and Tangent at Billingehus and RT and OT at Skövde Culture House), banquet and after-party at
Arena Skovde.
If you only wish to participate in the meeting negotiations on Saturday, this will be available as an option when purchasing tickets.
Biljettköp och registrering
I want to buy a ticket. How do I do it and how much does it cost?
Ticket release takes place on February 2 at 6:00 PM. When the time comes, the release will take place on a separate page that is linked to from this website and also from the RM 2026 group on Facebook. The ticket for the entire weekend costs 2,360 SEK. For the meeting alone, the cost is 250 SEK.
The same booking procedure applies to everyone, but to ensure that all clubs have a delegate on site, tickets are held aside for delegates at the first ticket release, a reminder and invitation is sent to the club chairperson and when the organizations have ensured that all clubs have been given the opportunity to participate, any remaining tickets are released for general sale. The "after-release" is communicated on our social media!
I have been prevented from attending and want to sell my ticket. How do I do that?
If you have been prevented from attending and want to sell your ticket, post a post in one of the organizations' Facebook groups. There is always someone there who is eager to snag a ticket! When you have sold your ticket, send an email to info@riksmote.se and we will ensure that the person who bought the ticket can pick it up at the registration.
Tickets are sold out for my organization. What should I do?
When does physical registration open?

The evening will be a surprise and a fantastic experience with lovely brothers and sisters all around our home at Schlätta, before everyone joins the after-party. Start Billingehus and Finish Billingehus, it doesn't get any easier than that.

Will there be a bag ban during the weekend?
No!
I have a tendency to "lose" things. Is there any way I can get them back?
