Tour of Hjo Brewery with beer tasting and what the season has to offer.
Welcome to the eastern part of Schlätta where you are invited to a tour of the brewery where Annika Blixt (LC 155) and Mikael Pettersson (RT 141) talk about their journey with Hjo Brewery, Sweden's only wood-fired brewery where light beer has been brewed for 100 years and the beer brewery that is located next door.

You will learn how light beer is brewed, how apple must is produced and get an insight into how beer is made at a small-scale brewery, as well as taste locally produced beer and light beer.

Lunch is served at the adjacent Festerian 10, together with the gang from Linedancen.
