The Armed Forces at Schlätta

Welcome to a guided tour around the garrison in Skövde.
Skövde is one of Sweden's largest military cities and is home to two regiments, military schools and higher staffs.

The guided tour takes you through both time and space, spanning at least 500 years. You will learn about Skaraborg's history and hear about how the armed forces work today.
You will also see how soldiers lived in the 19th century, learn about modern defense education and see tanks, and finally enjoy lunch at the historic officers' mess. The bar will be open!

Our guides will be historian Karin from LC17 Linköping and Captain Lövgren from P4 Skövde.

Lunch and transportation are included in this activity.
